Getting healthy with tea is possible!
Hi, I’m Ladislav. I know tea does not make you lose weight and become healthier on its own. But I also know that taking up tea can be a catalyst to those things. It signals a change in your thinking and thus leads you down the path to weight loss and better health. I know this, because I did this. I began drinking green tea, oolong tea and white tea every single day and that change led to other larger changes in my eating and drinking habits, which led to exercising more and eventually to a much thinner, fitter and better looking me.
